Thank you for using Woosh AI ("Woosh AI," "we," "us," or "our"). Protecting your privacy is central to how we design and operate our AI-powered photo and video generation tools. This Policy applies to the Woosh AI iOS application and related services (the "Service"). If you do not agree with this Policy, please discontinue use of the Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Woosh AI Terms of Service.
When you create or manage an account, we collect: Name, username, and profile information you provide Email address and authentication identifiers from Apple or Google when you use "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google" Billing and purchase information (Apple processes your payment; we receive transaction identifiers and subscription status, not your full payment details)
To operate the Service, we process and store: Text prompts you enter Reference photos, videos, or other files you upload AI-generated Outputs we produce for you Edit history and project data This content is stored on our backend servers so you can access your creations across sessions, view history, and continue editing.
We automatically collect technical data when you use the Service: Device model, operating system version, app version, and device language IP address and approximate location derived from IP (country/region level) Diagnostics such as crash logs, performance data, and interaction events (e.g., features used, generation counts)
We use analytics SDKs to understand how users interact with the Service. These SDKs collect usage events and device identifiers. We do not use the App Tracking Transparency framework to track you across other apps and websites for advertising purposes. We do not share your data with third-party advertisers.
When you contact support@cravix.ai or submit in-app feedback or reports, we collect the information you provide (including attachments) to respond to you and improve the Service.
We use collected information to: Provide, personalize, and maintain the Service Generate and deliver AI-created photos and videos based on your Inputs Process subscriptions and credit purchases through Apple Communicate with you about updates, security, and support Monitor usage, prevent abuse, detect fraud, and enforce our Terms Develop new features and improve performance using aggregated or de-identified data Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests Model training: We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train our AI models without your explicit, separate consent. If this changes, we will notify you and obtain consent where required by law.
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data based on: Performance of a contract: providing the Service you requested Legitimate interests: maintaining and improving the Service, securing infrastructure, preventing abuse Consent: optional analytics where required by law, marketing communications (where applicable) Legal obligations: responding to lawful requests, tax and record-keeping requirements
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with: Service providers who help operate the Service (cloud hosting, AI model providers, analytics, customer support, payment processing). These providers access data only to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it. AI model providers to process your Inputs and generate Outputs. Inputs may be sent to third-party AI infrastructure providers for processing. We work with providers that offer appropriate data protection commitments. Legal authorities when we believe disclosure is required to comply with law, protect our rights or the safety of others, prevent fraud or abuse, or respond to lawful requests. Business transfers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. We will notify you before your personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account data: retained while your account is active Inputs and Outputs: retained while your account is active so you can access your creations Diagnostic data: typically retained for up to 12 months Billing records: retained as required by tax and accounting laws (typically 7 years) When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it.
You can delete your account directly from within the app at Settings > Account > Delete Account. Upon deletion, we will: Delete your profile, Inputs, and Outputs within 30 days, except where retention is required by law Anonymize any aggregated usage data we retain Cancel any ongoing subscription processing on our side (you must separately cancel your Apple subscription in your iPhone Settings) You can also request deletion by emailing support@cravix.ai.
We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No online service is completely secure. Please use strong passwords, keep your device updated, and notify us immediately at support@cravix.ai if you suspect your account has been compromised.
We operate from India and may process data using servers or service providers located in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. When transferring personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms to protect your rights.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: Access personal data we hold about you Correct inaccurate or incomplete data Delete your personal data Object to or restrict certain processing activities Portability โ receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format Withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis To exercise these rights, email support@cravix.ai. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law (typically 30 days). You may also manage some data directly in the app and revoke Woosh AI's access to Apple or Google sign-in via your Apple ID or Google Account settings.
Woosh AI is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction, e.g., 16 in parts of the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable minimum age. If you believe a child has provided personal data without proper consent, contact support@cravix.ai and we will delete it promptly.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: Know what categories of personal information we collect, use, and disclose (see Sections 1โ4) Request deletion of your personal information, subject to exemptions Correct inaccurate personal information Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share your data for cross-context behavioral advertising) Limit the use of sensitive personal information Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights To exercise these rights, email support@cravix.ai.
If you are located in India, you have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, and to grievance redressal. Contact support@cravix.ai to exercise these rights or raise concerns. We will respond in accordance with applicable timelines.
If you reside in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. You can find contact details for EU authorities at https://edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members_en.
The Service may include links to or integrations with third-party websites and platforms we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing personal information.
The Service is distributed via the Apple App Store and uses Apple services: Sign in with Apple: If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple provides us with your name and email address (or a private relay email you've chosen). You can manage or revoke this at any time in your Apple ID settings. App Store purchases: Apple processes all purchases. We do not receive your full payment information. App Privacy Labels: The categories disclosed in our App Store privacy label are consistent with this Policy.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, or our practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notice, email, or by posting the updated Policy with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Policy.
