Welcome to Woosh AI ("Woosh AI," "we," "us," or "our"), a suite of tools that helps you design, iterate, and create AI-generated photos and videos. By downloading, accessing, or using the Woosh AI iOS application or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and the operator of Woosh AI, and they also serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA) governing your license to use the Woosh AI application. By downloading or using the application from the Apple App Store, you agree to the license terms set out in these Terms, including Section 18 (Apple-Specific Terms).
Woosh AI provides a creative environment that transforms prompts, reference media, and other inputs into synthetic visual content using artificial intelligence models. The Service may include experimental features, beta releases, and integrations with third-party platforms. Important — AI-Generated Content: All photos, videos, and other media generated by Woosh AI are synthetic and created by artificial intelligence. They are not real photographs or recordings of real events. You are responsible for clearly disclosing that content is AI-generated when required by law, platform policy, or context.

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Woosh AI account. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. For users in the European Union, you must be at least 16 years old unless a lower age is permitted by local law. You are responsible for: Providing accurate, current account information Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and any third-party sign-in accounts (Apple, Google) linked to Woosh AI Limiting access to your device Promptly notifying us at support@cravix.ai of any unauthorized use or security breach You may delete your account at any time from within the app's Settings > Account > Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and will remove your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention requirements.
You retain all rights to prompts, text, audio, photographs, videos, and other assets you upload to the Service ("Inputs"). By submitting Inputs, you grant Woosh AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your Inputs solely to operate, maintain, and provide the Service to you.
Outputs produced by the Service ("Outputs") may be influenced by model training data, model limitations, and your instructions. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, Woosh AI assigns to you any rights it may have in the Outputs generated from your Inputs. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Outputs complies with all applicable laws, third-party rights, and platform policies. Because AI models may produce similar Outputs for different users, we cannot guarantee that your Outputs are unique or that identical or similar content will not be generated for others.
We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train our AI models without your explicit, separate consent. If we ever change this practice, we will notify you in advance and obtain consent where required by law. We may use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data derived from the Service to monitor performance, detect abuse, and improve safety systems.
You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, share, or distribute content that: Violates intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights of any person Depicts, sexualizes, or exploits minors in any form (CSAM is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities) Creates non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real, identifiable individuals Promotes or facilitates violence, harassment, bullying, self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, terrorism, or illegal activity Is designed to defraud, deceive, impersonate, or spread misinformation Contains hate speech or discriminatory content targeting protected groups Provides medical, financial, or legal advice presented as professional guidance Attempts to circumvent safety filters, rate limits, or usage restrictions Violates any applicable law or regulation
If you encounter Outputs, content, or other users that violate these Terms, you can report it via the in-app report option or by emailing support@cravix.ai. We commit to reviewing reports and taking appropriate action (including removing content, warning, suspending, or banning users) within 24 hours where feasible. You can also block abusive users directly from the app.
We may, but are not obligated to, review, filter, or remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our usage guidelines. Decisions are made at our sole discretion.
Woosh AI offers auto-renewing subscription plans and one-time credit purchases, the details of which are shown at the point of purchase within the app.
All subscription purchases and in-app credit purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and governed by Apple's terms of service in addition to these Terms. Auto-renewing subscriptions — required disclosures: Title of publication/service: Woosh AI Length of subscription: As shown at the point of purchase (e.g., weekly, monthly, yearly) Price of subscription: As displayed in the app at the point of purchase, in your local currency Auto-renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and upon each renewal Managing and canceling: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions Free trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable
One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once consumed, have no cash value, and expire as stated at the time of purchase. Unused credits may expire if your account is deleted or terminated.
All refund requests for purchases made through the Apple App Store must be submitted directly to Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to process refunds for App Store purchases.
We may change subscription prices. If we do, we will notify you in advance in accordance with Apple's policies, and price changes will not take effect until your next renewal period. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
We may offer free trials, promotional credits, or beta features with usage caps. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or revoke these benefits at any time. Promotional credits and trial access have no cash value and expire as stated in the offer.
Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information are described in the Woosh AI Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described there.
We aim to keep Woosh AI running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and unforeseen outages may occur. We may release updates or modifications that change how features work, and some updates may be required to continue using the Service. Support is available via support@cravix.ai. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Woosh AI connects with or relies on third-party services, including: Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions Apple Privacy Policy Google Terms of Service (for Sign in with Google) Google Privacy Policy Your use of those integrations is subject to the third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not guarantee their availability, behavior, or security.
Woosh AI, including its software, AI models, visual identity, trademarks, logos, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights, title, and interest in the Service. You may not: Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service Attempt to derive source code, model weights, or underlying algorithms Remove or alter proprietary notices Use the Service to build a competing AI product or service Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
You agree to: Use the Service only for lawful purposes Comply with all applicable laws, including export controls and sanctions Refrain from interfering with or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure Not misrepresent AI-generated Outputs as human-created when disclosure is required Not use the Service in any jurisdiction where such use would be prohibited
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE ACCURATE, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR USE OF THE SERVICE AND OUTPUTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOOSH AI AND ITS OPERATOR, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THAT PERIOD, OR (B) USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Woosh AI and its operator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your Inputs, Outputs, your use of the Service, or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, legal requirements, or our usage policies, or if required to protect the Service or other users. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings and delete your account through the in-app Settings > Account > Delete Account option. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including Sections 5, 11, 13, 14, 15, and 17.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the paragraph below, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Consumer protection carve-out: Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, or other jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, you may bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence, and local mandatory laws will apply to the extent they override this Section 17.
This section, together with the rest of these Terms, constitutes the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Woosh AI application distributed via the Apple App Store. This app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. To the extent of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, the more restrictive provision applicable to you shall control. You acknowledge and agree that these Terms are between you and the operator of Woosh AI, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Scope of license: The license granted to you for the Woosh AI application is a non-transferable license to use the application on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license does not allow you to use the application on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. Maintenance and support: The operator of Woosh AI, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the Service. Warranty: In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the application. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Service. Product claims: The operator of Woosh AI, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Service, including product liability, failure to conform to legal requirements, and consumer protection claims. Intellectual property: In the event of a third-party claim that the Service infringes intellectual property rights, the operator of Woosh AI, not Apple, will be solely responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge. Legal compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Third-party beneficiary: You acknowledge that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Service, technology, laws, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notice, email, or by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Woosh AI. Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. No waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later. Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them freely.
